1. Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on every order to the United Kingdom — no minimum spend.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a dispatch notification with tracking once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed after 2pm GMT are processed the next business day. Order processing may be extended during sale periods, public holidays, or in exceptional circumstances.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. DKAI London is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier, third-party logistics providers, or any circumstance outside our reasonable control.

4. International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Estimated international delivery is 7-21 business days depending on the destination country.

Customs, duties and taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, are not included in our prices or shipping fees, and are non-refundable in the event of a return or refusal. DKAI London cannot predict or control these charges, and refusal to pay them will result in the parcel being abandoned or returned at the customer's cost.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact contact@dkai.co.uk.

6. Delivery Addresses

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. DKAI London cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, including parcels lost as a result. Any redelivery or address-correction fees charged by the carrier will be passed on to the customer.

If you spot an error, email contact@dkai.co.uk immediately — we'll do our best to amend before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed once the order is in fulfilment.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

7. Inspection on Delivery

The customer is required to inspect the parcel upon receipt. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged on arrival, the customer should:

  • Photograph the damaged packaging before opening
  • Mark the carrier's delivery receipt as "received damaged" if possible
  • Notify us within 48 hours at contact@dkai.co.uk with photographic evidence

Failure to follow this procedure may invalidate damage claims against the carrier and may affect our ability to issue a refund or replacement.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date (for lost parcels) or within 48 hours of receipt (for visibly damaged parcels), with the required photographic evidence.

Claims submitted outside these windows or without supporting evidence may not be eligible for refund or replacement. Please retain all packaging in the event of a damage claim — we may need to inspect or claim against the carrier.

9. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions. If the parcel is returned to us after three failed delivery attempts, after expiry of the collection period, or because the customer refused the delivery, we will:

  • Contact the customer to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges apply); or
  • Issue a refund minus our outbound shipping costs and a £4.95 administrative handling fee.

10. Force Majeure

DKAI London is not liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: postal or carrier strikes, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemic-related disruptions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions or sanctions, cyber-attacks, fuel shortages, supplier failure, port congestion, customs delays, or any other force majeure event.
