How to Measure Yourself
For the most accurate fit, use a soft tape measure and wear well-fitting underwear. Stand naturally — don't suck in or stretch up.
- Bust / Chest: Measure around the fullest part, tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waist — the narrowest point, usually about 2.5 cm (1") above your belly button.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually 18-20 cm (7-8") below your waist.
- Inseam (for trousers): Measure from your crotch to your ankle bone, along the inside of your leg.
